| SHIPPING |
| Our primary method of shipping is via DHL ground. Shipping
usually takes between 7-10 working days for instock items. California
and surrounding states are usually less.
All packages are insured for the amount that they are sold.
If by chance the merchandise is damaged during shipping you must
contact the carrier and file the claim with them. Inspect the
packaging when you recieve it and keep the damaged packaging for
inspection by the carrier. If an item is lost during shipping contact us within 24 hours. We will contact the carrier
and we will reimbure you with a replacement product that was lost after
we get reimbursed by the carrier. If a shipment is refused by the
buyer's instructed shipping premise, it does not constitute for a
refund or credit. If the buyer decides to cancel the order based on
this circumstance, all shipping charges associated with the shipment
are billed to the customer. If the buyer stills wants the order the
charges for re-shipping will also be billed to the customer. We offer COD under
certain circumstances. We will not ship to PO/APO/FPO/RR1 boxes. |
| RETURNS & CANCELLATIONS |
| Often times we carry used parts. The condition of these parts
are described as accurately as possible before they are sold.
There are no returns, refunds, or exchanges on used merchandise
offered by Spooled unless otherwise stated. These products are sold
as is. There are no returns on custom parts. For new products a return must be shipped back witin 30 calendar days from the time is was first ordered. The merchandise must be in the original re-saleable
packaging and must not be damaged or altered in anyway. It will be only after we
inspect the merchandise that we will allow for the return. When the merchandise is shipped back to us it must be accompanied
by a note that includes your name, phone number, the reason that
you are returning the merchandise, and any additional information
that you may think may be useful to us. The merchandise must also
be accompanied with the invoice or the packing slip. All shipping
charges will be billed to the customer. Once a return is accepted it
will be good for either exchange, or refund minus a 25% restocking fee. Returns that are
sent COD will not be accepted. In the case that it is a error by us
we will pay for the shipping costs for the return and exhange the
item(s) for the correct item(s). All cancelled orders will be subject to a $15 cancellation fee. |
| WARRANTIES |
| Warranty claims will be handled in the same manner as returns. If
a product is warrantied by us it will be repaired, replaced or credited
to you at our option. Items warrantied by other manufacurers will be
returned to them for their determination and remedial action in accordance
with their policies. You will be reimbursed when we are reimbursed and
in the same manner that they reimburse us. Items that are considered
racing parts have no warranty because we have no control over how
they are used. |
| CORE CHARGES |
| Some of the items offered on spooledmotorsports.com have a core
charge. If an item has a core charge it will be stated near the price
of the item. Core returns will be handled in a similar way as a return.
E-mail us letting us know that you have a core that you would like to
send us within 30 days of the purchase. We will give you the
instructions for the return. You must
include the original invoice with the core. When we recieve it, we will inspect it
and send you back the full, part, or none of the core charge depending
on the condition of the item. |
| LIABILITY |
| Many of the items offered by Spooled are considered racing parts
and are not legal for highway use. The buyer should check local laws
to make sure that the parts are legal for what he will be using them
for. We are not liable for any personal injuries that may be obtained
with the use of our products or any merchandise ordered from Spooled
. We also are not liable for any damage
that may be obtained to your personal property or anyone elses
property. |
